Breitenbach opens FocalPoint franchise
"Who is going to get better
fitness results?" he asked.  "The
person who relies on their own
knowledge and discipline to
exercise on their own or the
person who is supervised and
provided regular workout
regimens by there certified
personal fitness trainer? It's no
different with business.
FocalPoint forces owners to
focus, become more effective,
grow their business and improve
their leadership on a consistent
basis."

       The first Brian Tracy FocalPoint
Coaching Excellence franchise in Ohio
was recently opened by Mason
resident Tom Breitenbach.
"There is such a need to help small
businesses and entrepreneurs,"
Breitenbach said.  "Brian Tracy's
proven FocalPoint business coaching
curriculum has worked for over a
thousand businesses worldwide and
(it) was the obvious choice form me to
do that."
Breitenbach uses 20 years of his
own corporate and executive level
experience, along with Tracy's
systems, to work one-on-one with small
business owners and professionals
such as real estate agents.  Through
personal weekly coaching sessions,
clients are challenged by the program
to assess virtually every key element
of their business.  They are held
accountable for instituting positive
changes and learnings into their
business.
     Breitenbach cautions that while
business coaching is an exploding
industry, it is not for everyone.
"This takes a commitment of the
business owner to pull out of the
day-to-day operations each week to
think strategically and practically about
their business," he said.  "Not
everyone is willing to invest their time
and attention in this manner.  But the
results are far better than can be
achieved through classroom training or
books alone because I am there to
follow up with them, help them and
keep them on track each week."  He
equates his role in business coaching
to that of a personal fitness trainer.
